May 18: Finally, a long overdue site update! My apologies to anyone that has been checking back for new stuff. Been experimenting with a new look/format for my site and decided old may be better than nothin. junkyardmen are a bluesforce to be reckoned with. Had to get these guys on here, much more on this phenomenal bluesband real soon!

April 2nd: The Blues Forum is up and running nicely, Check them out! Message boards are really great fun. Got a few photos in The Blues Gallery.
Martha Jane gets the prize for first email stating a successful entry into the site here. She was our 77th visitor, too! On the same note... John Scalici of junkyardmen gets the award for very first site email, regarding his unsuccessful attempts to get in the site :\ hmm... prizes... I know! You both get into Rum Boogie and Blues Hall *FREE* ;)
Seriously, thanks you two! The email made me feel great about doing this site.

March 30th: Worked the last 5 nights in Rum Boogie & Blues Hall. Fri and Sat with Preston Shannon Band, Gerry Moss opened Fri and Mason Ruffner Sat, Little Kirk & the Nightride in Blues Hall Sat, Mason Ruffner Bands ;) Sun and Mon, and The Boogie Blues Band last night. So today I finally got to replace the sound clip, which was recorded a bit too hot. Speaking of which... QUESTION: Do y'all think it's ok to have the music just auto load, or would you like a small control, or even go all out and set it up for a Real Player or Media Player? Please let me know! Got my usual few days off now, so check back soon for new stuff.

March 27th: Got the round button setup to go to More Site Updates & Music Info, so be sure to press it ;) Also got the basic pages setup for The Blues Forum and Links and the guestbook in place. Hope you will take a moment to sign it. Guest World is a very interesting place... I surfed thru several of their guestbooks for the first time while selecting a guestbook server. They are hooked up with the ebay card, check it out! Looks like The Blues Forum may be a week or so getting online. EZBoards is down for major tweeking. Ah well... not like I don't have plenty of other things to focus on.

March 26th: I'm just getting moved in... about the only things going on so far are this sound clip of *James Govan and the Boogie Blues Band*, the forum page link and my email button. Anyhoo... James G is well worth giving a listen and I will have lots of bluesy things goin on around this site asap. The plan is to feature a new band about once a week, primarily the bands I work with on Beale Street, and to get The Blues Forum up and running. So do check back here regularly.
